I was thinking about buying a few properties and rent them so I can have an additional income.Do you have any advice?

Start small and build.
Buy a flat and live it 2-3.
Introduction to property and the house landlording all in one.
Cheaper, easier regarding loans to homeowners less than 4 units.

Hook up with a mortgage broker and see if you can get pre-qualified to purchase a few investment properties.
