Agricultural Land Lease

You can buy, I doubt anyone would hire you. Management of land outside the country is difficult.

Owning the land, you will not get a visa, if that's what you think.

If you have a Permanent Resident Card (aka Green Card), you can buy or rent almost everything in the country. You have the same rights as a citizen of the United States.

From abroad, I think the purchase would be an option.
