Apt Lease

Apt LeaseCan I break my lease without co apt signatory to the agreement of my?

I want to break my lease early Apt. I am a co signer and I'm not sure if the signatory will be jointly consent to break early. Can I break the lease with my own written consent?

Is your co-signer also live in the apt? Or do you mean you have a guarantor of your lease? The guarantor guarantees only that the rent will be paid if you (the tenant) are not. If your co-signer is your roommate, and he / she does not move, then you are still required for the rent if you move or not. You can not force the child to go out and break the lease because you do not want to live there.

Of course, as you pay the fees associated with the end of your lease early.

Otherwise, your co-signer will get stuck paying.

Sure you can. but there are fees and penalties. If you do not inform the landlord that you are moving and breaking the lease, the landlord can come to you and the co-signer for the fees, penalties, and unpaid portion of the lease.
