B. The duration of a warranty, express period of two years and the period of thirty days shall be extended by a period of time during which repair services are not available to the consumer because of any war, invasion, strike, fire, flood or other natural resources disaster.
C. The presumption under this section shall not apply against a manufacturer unless the manufacturer has received written notice of or to direct the consumer's account of the alleged defect and has had the opportunity to cure the alleged defect.
