How to transfer a lease for a form LLC read? I am currently renting a property in my name and will be the creation of an LLC. Once created, the tenant will be responsible to pay the LLC.
What should be the assignment of the state in the form of lease that will be delivered to the tenant?
Are there examples of forms available?
I searched the internet, but I am not clear, since most samples appear to be between the two parties. Or should I consider myself and my LLC as both parties??
