Broughton Property

What is this area like? The property value is wicked and it looks great in pictures, so funny as it may seem.

I drive along this road every day on my way to get to work.

As the poster above said, it is not as bad as has been mentioned, but it is not the best area either.

But there are many new apartments and so increased recently, which is what I suppose you watch. This suggests that the redevelopment of the area. There are good transport links to Manchester from there which would be quite handy.

The only other thing to mention is that it does not seem to be many services around there except for a couple of newsagents that I saw. Oh and a Maccy D's;)

Avoid like the plague! I've lived in Salford all my life, this area is lower Broughton in a name. Gangs, vandalism, car thefts are all Rife. Lower Broughton Road off Great Clowes Street used to be a surprising number of shops with pubs, is now littered Disgrace, Broken Glass, Garbage everywhere a real eyesore. To name a Run Down the zone in which a. Nearby on Clowes Street east of Albert Park, he was formerly an area of great game for children, no more, another dumping ground of waste including the type of man! Even before considering the property in this area, I suggest you Tour.Drive Down Gt Clowes St, Lower Broughton Rd down, take a look at the state and Sussex St Camp St. Forget fancy pictures and prices homes, if ever there was a washbasin Here we go!

this is not quite as bad as postwer earlier, but it's a bit of a rough area. I was jogging around there today and I'm still here.

Some buildings are architecturaly very good, but unfortunately the region has fallen into a kind of decay.
