I tried so hard to sell or rent my house in the southwest of Charlotte, North Carolina. Other ads from MLS through my agent, I also try craigslist. What other sites are there like Craigslist?

Remember that all potential buyers are online. Get your ad out there through word of mouth, perhaps through flyers or billboards in local stores, or what it takes. What is important is to find a serious buyer and one who seeks to buy in your area at your price range. Why not make some postcards and mail recently married or engaged people, infants, and others who seek to expand or reduce their housing and / or costs. Why do not you look at organizations like the Red Cross may need to help families find temporary and / or long-term shelter after a disaster?
