Chattanooga Homes For Sale

I currently have a house to sell on the market, and I am increasingly satisfied tell my agency. Is there a report available to estate agents that shows how many homes in my market (Chattanooga, TN / NW Georgia) were sold in the past year? I guess the national association of realtors would keep this information but I do not know if the public has access, or if I can find this information at the library.

you should ask a member of the local MLS so that you get. that would have been nice to ask the agent to provide that to you before registering.

lower the price. this is not the fault of the agent. buyer you say it is too expensive.

I suppose you are looking for an agent who has a history of being super productive in your region with your type of house (criteria / demographic.) And maybe a business magnet with a very good Rolodex and other agents Vice-versa for your exact product (the house). I think it's a good way of seeing things. 1) They know that their industry / product back and forth 2) In addition, veryone knows the world they know their product. 3) They have a history of making things happen or things that happen to them (agents make their business). So they probably do not alienate their colleagues and customers too.

I think you can see their license number on the MLS and check the background of sales.

I do not mean if your home is too expensive because I have no idea of your situation. And who knows maybe you do not like your agent for other reasons. Some of them can be damn
unfriendly. Who knows, but good luck, hope things are going well for you.
