Clear Packaging Tape

Clear Packaging TapeI need to remove residual clear packing tape on my car window without damaging the lines of icing?

I used clear packing tape on the rear window of my car and when I removed it there was a residue of extreme left. How do I remove it without damaging the lines of icing on the window?

Window cleaner with ammonia will glue it flexible so that you can peel it right on the glass, but used a paper towel

Have you tried Goo Gone? That thing rocks. You can buy a mini-bottle for a little money anywhere (Target, Office Max, etc.), then test it on a small portion of molasses to make sure it does not ruin the lines. It really should not lose.

works baby oil or lighter fluid on it better than Goo Gone to wait a bit and, like 20 seconds, then wipe

must continue to try to do wet and soak in may take a little elbow grease plus dreally drforster lines in the window if you can not feel them with your fingers

Use of gasoline. I used to make vinyl adhesive off I had on my back windshield. That was a Chevrolet.

Believe me it works.

Dip a corner of the cloth in gasoline, then wipe in a circular motion, you will see that it comes off in seconds.

gas or lighter fluid works very real
