Condominium Management

My need Solarium window "slope" to be replaced because of leaks in the rain. Condominium Manager application to withdraw the window coverings from the window of the company will not take responsiblility for moving the window coverings. And I do not know how to remove the window coverings either. need to hire someone (professinal) to delete. My question is, who should pay for it, the owner or management of condominiums? Should it not be included in the replacement of windows? Please advise

Windows are usually part of the responsibility of the owner, with window coverings.

If window coverings are inside the drywall, they are your responsibility, not part replacement windows

You take care of everything from drywall inside and they take care of everything from drywall on. The windows are their responsibility
