Design Doctors

Our school club future doctors of America seeks to make T-shirts and we have a good year. We are trying to do long sleeves and I want them to be gray mottled, but both are variable. Does anyone have a good figure / drawing back? Recent years have a stethoscope on the front and the Hippocratic Oath in the back, but we want something cute, we are almost all girls. Thank you!
