If you plan to have the best group of employees in your organization and have decided to move people around the world you have to consider the most appropriate methods for doing so. The relocation is part of the package being offered to employees and you have to select a company to be able to see all the formalities involved and also know the different requirements for each individual, regardless of what country he comes from.
