Equipment Rental Form

We are currently LLP and are interested in expanding our business to a sound equipment rental company. Does anyone have words of wisdom, all forms that can be used to know the laws, they might be willing to share?

It is clear that one aspect of the contract that covers most damage, loss of equipment accident, which will be written up. We are looking to start this business very small and focusing on weddings, society meeting, the parties who are looking for a PA system for us just for music and / or speak.
