Fort Lauderdale Homes For SaleGo to Florida to England?

Hey there, my husband and I who live in England, are considering moving to Florida in America with our two daughters aged 12 and the other is a baby. We believe that Florida is a charming place, and would like our children grow up there, and we thought this house was nice:

and this area is an asset to schools and shops?

The other hosues this:

We think it looks really sweet, warm and family like. Is it good for schools?

Also, what is the exact time as in these places all around the year?

Thank you for your help in advance, Tanya and Peter .. x

Your first and primary concern is to obtain a work visa. You can not "pass" in the United States more than any other American or foreign skips in the United Kingdom. The appropriate visa is required .. and almost impossible to obtain. There are only two ways to obtain a work visa in the United States is to be highly qualified and find an employer willing to sponsor your visa for temporary work. See 1st site below. The other is an immigration application and obtain a green card. This process takes years and a person has a chance to make it very thin ... since the whole world wants to immigrate to the U.S. Sorry to say, but citizens of the United Kingdom can not even apply for immigration through the lottery program diversity at this time that the UK is more of their quota for this year 5. period and therefore ineligible. You can see the third site to see the different categories of visas available. immigrants ... not really good for yourself. There are many other options available to you ... other European countries, Commonwealth countries, places like Florida, like the Virgin Islands.

First, all the houses I liked the first better. The one in Ft Lauderdale.

I lived in Florida for eight years and is a great place if you like
Weather-Rainy
Don t mind high moisture
-Beach
Heat
-A lot of Hispanic culture

In addition, there are many Jews in this area. I'll just throw that out there because most of them are elderly. I do not know, some people do not like Jews and people of Hispanic origin, but I do not count.

As for the location, I would definitely go to South Florida because of the beaches and warm, mostly sunny. However, at this moment is not the ideal time to move to the U.S. because of our economy and the presidential election, which could lead to who knows what.

Ft Lauderdale is a beautiful place, and I think you love it.

Good, like the weather, it is almost the same in all regions of Florida, unless it is a little cooler in the northern regions, such as Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and possibly Orlando. From November to February, the time is in its driest, which is not very dry, and it may be down in the 50s F. Once March comes around, you get rain almost every week until November. It gets quite annoying if you do not like the rain, but you get used to it after a while.

Last but not least, I'm sure you've heard about hurricanes. They can get pretty scary, but honestly, they are not so bad. If you live at least 10 minutes from the beach, and not, you will probably agree, floods wise. Your children miss school because of these hurricanes, and they will make up the days missed, either in summer or on vacation to chance.

I can not tell you whether you like it or not, Florida is.
