What refuse rental of the original application.? I'm 25 my girlfriend is 23. I have bad credit. offs load torque of 3 years (6k total), the couple things in collections (Total $ 1300). Good credit and good car current credit card. My girlfriend has a very good score, but as 30K of debt (student loans). Two of us have very good careers in the public sector and have had them over 2 years. The rent is 1500. Combined we make about 6000 per month. Do we deny a request for the rental house in California?
as the current owner, I would not accept your request based on the information you have provided. You have bills that went to collection ... This is making me believe that you must pay your rent?
Your girlfriend ... I would probably hire her. If only his debt student loans, then I would feel comforable to rent it ... but assuming she has no credit card debt or car payment
