We plan to move to Kansas City, and we hope to live on the Kansas side, preferably in Prairie Village or channel, or somewhere nearby. We need four bedrooms and two baths, and are the hope of a good size yard. District of Kansas did not take the blow on the houses, like many regions. In some areas, homes lost some value (in the KC metro area) But in my opinion not more than 3%.
