Indianapolis MlsWhat can I do to sell my house?

My house has been on the market for a year in the Indianapolis area. After the first contract expired, we have a new agent, and it was great. She had a virtual tour online (before we painted), it was a commercial operation four times a day, and we had open houses.

We painted, put in new carpet, and significantly lowered the price point that we will lose money. We are desperate to get out of here. What can we do? MLS 2734306.

I tried to look online for your home if I could give a better answer, but I am unable to find the house.

My suggestion is to not drop the price, if you do not get enough to pay off the house, its not going to do good to sell. You will be left to pay for something you no longer live in. I know from experience with the threat of foreclosure. After being unemployed for three months because of neck surgery, my husband and I faced the same scenario. Have you spoken to the mortgage company to see if they could / would help? just a suggestion, is not ours but maybe yours would. We ended up making a death instead of foreclosure. A lawyer has advised us that even better than the company is excluded from our property. I wish you all the luck!

Re-evaluate your pricing based comparable homes that were sold in the same market. Having a price that is too low can sometimes be as bad as the price is too high. For example: If other comparable houses are selling for 200,000 and you have yours set at 185,000 many people can see what "Gee if price is below what's wrong".
What do you want to do is validate your price compares it to the same kind of house that sold in the same area. So perhaps drawn from the lower end of these comparables to make sure you are correct on the radar customers. Many people have a high and low that they have a large indoor air. At low and you could be out of reach. If you wish, you can consider increasing your price to get into the right band radar, and offer other things behind, like a decoration allowance to help pay for the items on loan. In any case the market is very volatile right now and it is not easy. Discuss prices comparable with your agent and make sure you are online. Otherwise it seems you have already done the correct things. Paints and carpets. Other things that can make or break a home kitchens and bathrooms. Depending on the condition and age of the house, you might consider updating a master bathroom or updating a kitchen. Tile floors are large and are therefore better kitchen counters.
