When my husband and I were first engaged, we decided to visit Hawaii for our honeymoon and, simply, our dreams have become reality! Kauai is an excellent choice for us and is the most popular wedding and honeymoon destination /, after Maui. This is not the place for travelers looking for nightlife, only a few luaus and restaurants. It is a must for outdoor enthusiasts and adventure seekers. Surfing in Hanalei Bay is always a delight and the setting is just for the picture postcard! Snorkeling is not great for the coast of this island and a number of boats will take you along the Na Pali coast, adventurous couples should focus on rafting trips. These tend to be geared more toward adults and couples, with few (or no children). The landing on the beach are completely isolated layers of sand and normally include a romantic little picnic by the sea There are lessons here that more zip on any island, golf, horseback riding to swimming pools hidden waterfall, off-road and mountain bike trails and much more to do, we could have filled another week and still not see everything.
