I live in an apartment where the pipes were leaking and water damage for over a month. According to my lease, after giving written request to attach two pipes (and broken smoke detector which is a violation of building code) all I have to do is provide a letter of intent to leave Where do I find a sample letter that these shadow apartment managers will not find a gap on my conscience at the end of the month, by the way my lease is up in four months.

I am writing to inform you that we want to end our lease early because of dissatisfaction continued quality of life provided to us by the name of the apartment [] apartments. While we have always been satisfied with the cooperation and understanding between you and the apartment management to our situation, the fact remains that the environment in our apartment is substandard, particularly in respect of noise generated by units neighbors. If the owner does not attempt to purchase your question, I think you have a few more options, all the implications of the escalation:

Get a real estate lawyer to write a letter in your name (header only can be more valuable than the content, so if you have a lawyer friend, it may be useful to strike up the favor)

Contact the Better Business Bureau to try to resolve the situation. You can tell your property manager is like a next step at some point - I guess they do not want this concern and may be willing to cooperate.

F * Slandering them on the Internet. Perform a search for more apartment reviews and let others know your experiences. If you can not get out of your situation, at least ensure that others do not suffer.
