Someone of you has lived or knows someone who lives in the apartments in Long Beach Gondolier? Want to know how the place is .. rooms, community housing and property management, they are Gentiles? Is it in a safe neighborhood, or just average, etc.. Thank you for your answers. Thank you!

The neighborhood is safe, but if you are a student you hate living there. There are better apartments in the region. College kids can be noisy and messy. Parking can be difficult to find and you may need to park on the shoulder of the road to the Pacific coast. For me, the complex looks old.

Perform a web search for "apartments gondolier long beach" and you will see how people have reviewed the property.

Long Beach is mostly made up of small apartment buildings under 20 units you will not find on the internet. They should be advertising on craigslist.com or put "For Rent" signs in front.

Not sure, but Waterman is Villa del Sol to be very beautiful. I think that address is 3225 Long Beach Blvd.
