Is this from the Missouri Lemon Law? I just sold a car to a guy $ 400, and discloses all known problems with it. He is eager to return to Missouri law lemon ... Is this possible?
No. Lemon laws apply only to sales of new vehicles from dealers. When selling to private party private party, it is buyer beware.
Lemon laws are only for new cars sold is not used by anyone. Caveat emptor, meaning buyer beware when buying used.
