What is a reasonable offer for home staging furniture for a model? We are buying a model home and the manufacturer has asked us to bid on furniture in the house. We have no idea how much (or little) to offer.
By experience, I can tell you that the manufacturer has paid 25% below the prevailing rate for that furniture. He would like to return, but would be willing to take a shot low, as it is now rarely used for display and would have to pay to be moved and stored. He would be happy to get half of what the furniture the same happens for Haverty to a room or go to your region of the country. If he needs money, and they are all right now, he drops for less.
reasonable offer would be 25% of current retail price for the same furniture. Negotiate from there if you really like it.
I see many nice restaurants up furniture in the room. you can try here to get a reasonable offer home furniture http://www.furniture-cn.com
First, you must decide what furniture you want and then click Find similar items on the Internet. These are essentially all the negotiations, as your contractor is open to finding a solution for you and them.
