Termination of tenants from month to month lease that I can cancel at any time during the month? If I cancel my lease in mid-month, do I pay a pro rata amount for the rent next month? Thank you.
NO! For my residents who are on a MTM lease they should give me a written notice 20 days before the end of the month. So, if there are 30 days in the month I will need notice for the 10th, if there are 31 days in the month I need the opinion by the 11th. Check your lease to see how long you are required to give. If you do not do this right you might find yourself with reason coming months rent as well.
Good Luck! Hope this helps
even on a monthly basis, you must give 30 days notice in full. read the fine print in the agreement.
I have never heard or had an agreement allowing the Ternant NOTIVER without giving 30 days for
even if you are on a month to lease you still have to give one days notice of 30 leaving half months could trigger him to pursue you or keep the deposit
