Moving Boxes San Francisco

Moving Boxes San FranciscoWhy San Francisco is the best city in the world

To many of us, San Francisco is the best city in the world. No matter how you score, the good old San Francisco is still near the top, if you leave your heart there or not.

Driving in downtown Union Square is not so bad, but it is always best to park at the beginning. In fact, one of the drawbacks of San Francisco is the parking problem.

In any case, you can try the Stockton Street Public Parking Garage and if you get there before 10:00 or you should have no problems.

In the current economic downturn, some hotels in Union Square early bird rates are available if you leave by 6:00 AM. Parking takes about 8-6 $ 30, half that if you get a discount.

Union Square combines the ethnic, financial, artistic, and retail side down and out of the city. Actually, you can hang around Union Square and fill anything.

Today, we saw a well dressed businessman giving a beggar a noisy ticket $ 5. Where can you see that?

We attended a conference of local search technology at the Marriott Hotel. As we live nearby, we decided to drive and not spend the night. The conference room was reduced to $ 250 plus tax, we could save enough to splurge on fried oysters in Pescadero.

If you do not live in or close to San Francisco, it is important to remember that the visit of San Francisco is not cheap.

The conference was great, but the technology can be scary if at noon, we decided to take a break from the Virtual Earth and see some real world and maybe stop by a few galleries in Union Square.

We walked into a gallery on the square and it was amazing. Art in the city is always fun, trendy and stylish. At least in the presentation, the presentations can be as interesting as art.

We have seen Chagall, Picasso and Miros. Most of the Miros and Chagall have been printed and some of Picasso's ceramics. How can you authenticate a Picasso ceramics?

The seller was very courteous, now goes everywhere, but fall intermittently on us and ask us questions like "Would not this awesome Dali?

The prices are not publicly traded and we did not ask. Except once. It was a Calder mobile, perhaps the best known mobile or "hanging art artist.

"OK, what is it?" the wife asked.

"1.5 million dollars," was the reply. Food for thought. We wondered how many credit cards it would take to buy it. Probably a shoe box full.

We also asked where we could put this thing if one were to buy it. At 1.5 Big Ones perhaps the only place to keep it is in a safe very big ...

Like many conferences that got boring after lunch and we decided to leave early and drive home by Half Moon Bay and Highway 1. We took Market Street to Mission Street and out of Daly City, not the scenic route, but perhaps one of the most interesting streets in the United States

There must be 10,000 small businesses along Mission Street; many windows barely 10 feet in diameter. You name it, they sell and in all ethnic varieties. And with such a mixture.

For example, if you are looking at Mexico and enchiladas, you can find them. But perhaps the same restaurant also sells Papusa El Salvador. Mission Street is mix and match time.

This is really a good description of San Francisco: mix and match. In most of California, Latinos are of Mexican origin and in some communities, the Mexican approaches 100%. Not in San Francisco.

In short, you can find a restaurant that says "Peruvian style" or "Style of Guatemala," but if you're from Peru or Guatemala, you can see th.
