citizenship eligibility after just 1 year with ILR among others.

For ILR you must pass the test of life in the United Kingdom. and ...
- Have lived in the United Kingdom for 5 years with a valid residence visa (not a student or visitor)
- Have lived in the United Kingdom as married for 2 years.
- Not having lived in the United Kingdom as married for 4 years

So even if you do not have 2 years, all is not lost ...
that the time spent together in Dubai still account for when you apply for a visa regulation spouse or return. (You'll need to apply, as you are allowed 90 days per year outside the United Kingdom ... in 2 years)

Meanwhile do keep proof of all your time being together ... (See SET (M) policy now)

Note: Even with RTI / stay Permana ..
absece any period of more than 2 years beginning the visa process again

So ... not pay a visit within this even if you have ILR ...

You can, but it is unlikely that you will get for being honest, especially if you intend to move to Dubai. British citizenship is usually granted to those who wish to reside in the United Kingdom in terms of their contribution to the country and what they can bring him in the future. big difference between having the right to live here by marrying a British citizen and obtain British citizenship for yourself. Also, your wife is not a British citizen herself.

Why is the United Kingdom make you a citizen, if you intend to live elsewhere?, We are not a meal ticket for economic migrants like you to consider before you shit in another country!.

You must have Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent residence) in the first UK and you must have a minimum of one year before becoming eligible for British citizenship by naturalization.

Unlikely. One of the requirements to receive ILR is that you want to stay in this country. Even if you are awarded, then leave the United Kingdom for over two years, it may be revoked. When you've got the spouse visa, he clearly stated that you were only allowed to spend some time outside the United Kingdom. If you really want to live elsewhere I suggest you hang and get your ILR, then after a year you can claim British citizenship, then you can do whatever you want!
