With less than four months left until the first deadline (December 1, 2010) for the registration of chemicals under REACH Europe (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) legislation, manufacturers and importers are under increasing pressure to comply with new requirements for data sheets preparation.

The new regulation for the SDS format applies to chemicals and chemicals that must be shipped to the European Union and / or offered for direct sale on the market.
