Rock and Roll comes from black music, but it also comes from white music. I hate revisionist history perpetuated by the black community. Without the white country music Rock and Roll is just "Blues" without "Blues" Rock and Roll is simply "Country Music" Never forget that it took time to create Rock n Roll, and it was Elvis was the first.
