Office Lease Form

I need an unfurnished rentals for the State of Maryland. Is this a blank form in an office supply store enough? If there is a free form to download, it would be wonderful, but the ones I see all this requires a fee

Unfortunately, you get what you pay, when it comes to legal forms and protective. There are some free lease agreement forms online, but they are generally generic, national lease forms.
To lease a good Maryland, you can go through a real property lawyer, or you can go through a website that has legal forms mentioned in particular. The site I generally use for such forms is owned EZ forms because they hire a custom builder that helps you set up a lease with the legal language of your state and that complies with the laws of your state . The forms you get from an office supply store is better than nothing but not good. They are not specific to each state. The laws are different in each state. These generics have things on them that do not apply in all States or may be illegal in some countries.

the form of office supplies is probably OK. just think about what you want to add [my favorite now is to ban dangerous animals like pit bulls].

If you are worried, you need to hire a lawyer to advise you and offer you the writing / form.

I would say Staples, Office Depot or generic forms. If you create the lease it so you can write it on notebook paper, and it would be legally binding. What you do, make sure you save copies!
