Oklahoma City Homes For Sale Toss Up: Whos' most to blame for the Sonics to move the Oklahoma City Seattle and David Stern? When the owners of the Rose became bankrupt and it was rumored that the Blazers would have to move, David Stern immediately intervened and said he was determined to keep the team where he was. But now, The Boss is simply letting go to Seattle without a fight. It has allowed the sale of the Sonics to a guy from OKC. The OKC Hornets were just a test for future travel. Did Stern really want to save the Sonics? Is this a real way to end 41 years of NBA basketball in a great sports city? Again, Seattle has adopted a "wait and see, allowing the new ownership to rally support for the relocation. They did not reveal a great "renovation" plan until it is too late. For a town house to Boeing, Microsoft, and Starbucks, they could finance a new arena with just their pocket money. So who is really to blame? The Emerald City or the boss?
