If you have already dealt with them, or heard the opinions of opportunity, could you please recommend one (or warn me against one)?

Looks like you do a movement of goods. I own a store and find these prices a bit high. If you live where I knew I could recommend a company, I am an international shipping store and use a company called orbit for my international transport of goods.

FedEx is always a safe bet
