Then moving blankets will be assigned to the soundproofing? The use of moving blankets for soundproofing.
Since I began offering moving blankets for sale online - I noticed that most customers are not moving in line, or movers. An unexpected request to use for moving blankets was sound. Once I had an urgent request from a customer who must have covers NOW! because her dog was so much noise - the owner has threatened to expel! We delivered the same day and she was happy. Many orders come from recording studios, musicians and filmmakers. People who need to create a special requirements for making a good recording.
With the cooperation of one of them we specially designed a moving blanket for sound.
The depth of coverage has been offered £ 8.2 seems to be optimal for sound coverage without too bulky and difficult to handle.
The choice of colors, a black side and white on the other hand, has also been selected to meet special filmmaker reflection of light requirements.

Then moving blankets can be used for soundproofing?
Once I received this e-mail:
Hello,
I noticed in your general section of packaging that you mention the use of noise control. I was wondering if you can give me all the specifications of sound absorption on different categories of coverage.
Thank you for any help!
Dan
I started looking for specs and came across an interesting forum for filmmakers, where they discuss the issue of using moving blankets for soundproofing (dvxuser-dot-com) here is the condensed version of the cats who should answer the question whether the moving blankets can be adapted for sound and what to expect from them.:
Q: I understand the usefulness if it is not necessary to have so-called "sound blankets to absorb sound, especially with my microphones so than ideal. I know there are special blankets made of special materials and that is what you are probably using pros. And I know they cost more than I can afford.
My question is: Can I get reasonable (but not necessarily best possible) results while using inexpensive quilted furniture moving blocks? I do not see why I can not get some of these rounds and add a bit so I can hang them if I want. They might not be the best in sound (reflections off), but the thick type should certainly help the acoustics in many situations indoors.
A: Yes, movers blankets are fine, as long as they are thick. Acoustic treatment is one area where I do place a lot of value in buying specialist products (at least not for all applications). I say this because having a carpeted room in a quiet area with some upholstered furniture (beds / beds) is inside often enough to give good results if the microphone right choice is made (Im not talking here brand and model, but the polar pattern), and microphone is placed in a suitable location. And when you get optimal recording conditions, your audio is incredible.
Q: So the next question, once you have the big movers blankets thick, which is the best way to suspend them. Would you use is light with a "hub" (I think that is what it is called) or any other kind of special tool, or if you are using.
