I own several condos in Portland, OR. Any idea about the approximate cost of ownership have passed?

Bear charges 12.5% of gross rental income

it depends where .... mostly they charge about 10% of rental income ...

It probably varies from state to condition. The norm in my state, NC, is 10%

Generally half of one month rent to a tenant up, then 10% per month to manage.
