I need a place to come and have a bad credit and no rental history. Most ads I found are all property management companies.

Look on craigslist (http://craigslist.org)
Most leases, there by individual owner, and you can usually work with them. Check Apts / Housing section.

The best thing to do is check the real estate department of your local newspaper. Unless you have the name of a property management company in the list, it is more likely that a private owner.
