Property Lease Contract

Property Lease ContractIf changing the property manager i did need to resign tenant lease?

i own investment property in the Central Valley, CA. My property manager is dishonest. I would edit the property manager, but I do not know if the process is complicated or not.
for example, does the current tenant required to sign a new lease with the property manager new?
current tenant has also government assistance programs, the agency shall have to sign a new contract with the property manager New

The lease remains the same until it expires, you can change the trustees, but the rent remains the same. Once the lease expires, you can choose to keep the same or change it, at that time the tenant may choose to accept the new conditions or move. Just as when the property is sold the lease remains the same act it when you change the property managers. Keep in mind that the manager of the property is the lease that you represent the owner. If the property manager is not honest review the lease to make sure everything is legal. Good luck! Remember that you do not need a reason to fire the property manager in California.

As a property manager in Georgia, it is recommended by the courts to have a new lease. In case you have to file the eviction of your current tenant, the new property manager will need a contract specifying the obligations of the tenant. You can keep the current arrangements of the same, but they need to know where to send monthly payments or the person to contact in regard to maintenance problems and this must be documented in writing.

In addition, the program for government assistance, had to have signed documents that give your current license for the property management of your property and discuss your account, simply contact the Housing Authority and advised you have a new property manager and either have a form or you can send a letter informing them of your new property manager. Do not be taken hostage by a property manager dishonest. Please make sure in the future, your manager the following property is a broker license. I believe in California, you must be a real estate broker to manage his property and the event, the dealer is dishonest, you can file a complaint with the Commissioner of the estate.

In addition, if you have proof of the property manager is dishonest, just send them a letter and advise you wish to obtain a complete copy of the record of your tenant and you no longer want to manage your property and explain reasons. It is doubtful they would be prosecuted for your any unpaid balance.

No you do not, the end of the lease to the property, not the manager.

Of course, you must pay the manager until the end of their contract, but which is separate tehn leases.

Yes, and you may not be able to get out of contract with the lease. Some of them put in the management contract that you would have to pay rental fees for the duration of the lease.
