In most of the management structures of property there are some list of rules or protocol. This list may be written, or simply in the head of the person at the top of society. In asset management, the main objective is always to make a profit from your property or business. You are also responsible for general maintenance and appearance of the property. Thus, in the management of property, what do you do when someone from your team does not respect the rules or responsibilities that you as owner of property management have clearly stated?
