Purchase Contract Form

My husband and I are selling our RV and find a buyer through our church, but that does not mean that we just automatically trust him to make payments and then buy it without some sort of contract that does not leave us dry if something happens. This member of the church boy is honest and trustworthy enough for us to agree to a payment method, but it will also take possession of the caravan, make the payments. We are financing the RV in a bank and will not be able to pay it until the buyer receives funding and is able to give us the remaining money needed to pay for this privilege and our contract with bank. Where do I find the best fit for this type of transaction?

Go to Microsoft Works and type your own contract (make several copies). Do not forget any details. All copies must have the signature of each. Make sure you have something specific regarding what happens if the buyer is delinquint on payments. Also, make a copy of driver's license buyer and the copy of the contract. I did it before and it works very well. If he / she defaults on payments, everything is in the contract.
