Rental Contract Example

There are three storage units difeerent reantal diffetent each language and each with separate contracts or unit has nothing to do with others, are on the same property and rented by me
the wording of a written contract is different from that of two other contracts that have both a different formulation too, they were separated into three contraced years over a period of 8 years
may be another supersceed
or are all separate contracts
For example if the latter has said you can not paint the building red
Does this mean that you can not paint the red unit is a first example, there may be a bad example
