Recommendation software for property management? I am managing homes for other owners, and I'm just using QuickBooks for the moment. Does anybody know of a good application I can use to stay on top of my interview and produce audited owner?
I would definitely recommend PropertyBoss. They were one of Intuit's development partners for years, and their interface to QuickBooks like no other. The software is easy to learn and use, and they have web services that allow access to your data to your website so that you can list available units and allow your owners and tenants to manage their accounts online . Happy hunting!
JobConnect. It is great for this purpose and can easily keep track of income, expenses and generate invoices.
I love this software. It is hosted online so that you can manage and update from anywhere. It also allows tenants to their online portal where they can pay or to work requests.
Moreover, it is cheap!
I use this to manage 200 + properties consisting of 15 separate complexes.
