Staging Services

Staging ServicesDoes anybody know how to "set up" costs when selling a home? At least that is the baseball field?

I want to sell the house and I am intesrted in the performance of services. Staging is when a DEIGNE comes into the house and the steps to highlight its best features. What is the cost of this service?
Thank you

The problem with even try to give you an approximation, because I have no idea where you are or what should be done: the rates would be very different if you were in, say, Los Angeles that if you were in Anytown, USA Do you need help or just a major boost and more here and there?

The only advice I would give final: do not invest in that service unless you have had your house on the market for some time and have not yet sold. And do research on the value of your home The burden will be related to how the consultant feels he has to do to get your house in "selling speed. This means either: eliminate a significant amount of your property, to unclutter the place, place items in your home (if you have already moved your stuff out) to make it attractive, make it a work of editing that seems useful to stimulate calling home (including painting, small repairs, etc..)

This is because there is no way for me to know what your needs instead of that I advise you to call around and get estimates. If you really believe that is what you need to sell your home, the consultant will come and give you an estimate ... and go with your gut. Working with someone you feel comfortable ... and who has great references. You can even talk to your real estate agent for recommendations.

Good luck.

I do not like this idea. People have talked a lot about this lately, I think it's a gimic. For my part, and I know that many like me. We like to come to a place and see the place with nothing inside. In this way, there are people can see everything, the state of walls, etc. .. So potential buyers may think that they can provide or put in place. This idea is ridiculously staging stupid ... Do not buy into ....

I do not know how much would cost a designer, but the best is just to clean everything that is not needed (no clutter), be sure that everything is clean closets and a fresh coat of paint usually do wonders . Look carefully at your home through a buyers eyes, are there little things that need repair as you notice more. Clean and neat is generally not good enough. Kitchen and bathroom is very important. If you're not a designer fantasy, less is more. That the potential buyer is able to imagine their stuff, not yours in your home.
