Signing a lease on your apartment Understand and fully reading your apartment lease is important. It is easy and legal language is right. Here are some points to consider before signing your lease new apartment:
aec Check if the rent is due.
aec Find out where to pay your rent, which must be given, or whether it should be sent.

aec What exactly does the rent include?
aec Does the rent include any utilities? If yes, which?
aec What equipment and / or furniture, if any, are included in the rental apartment?
aec Is parking included in rental apartments or is there a supplement?
aec Are there additional fees for the use of construction equipment such as the gymnasium or community center? If there are additional costs, what are they and if you do not have the amenities you will still be responsible for these costs?
Which aec repairs are covered by lease? If something happens and repairs must be made by management of the building, which needs to be called? Are there any costs for repairs are not covered in the lease? If yes, what are the costs? How fast is the turn around for something to be fixed that is covered in the lease?
aec How much notice as is required when you arrive at your lease and you are planning to move?
aec Should you need to leave before the end of your lease, what fees you will charge?
aec Check for specific cleaning instructions which must be followed before you move. If they are not followed to the letter, a portion of your deposit is available to cover these cleanup costs.
Most leases have a clause about noise and disturbance. This means that the tenant (lessee) and any person in his apartment not to disturb other tenants of the building, or use the apartment for illegal purposes.
Other common regulations include paying for losses, how notice will be given between the tenant and the landlord, where the subletting is allowed, if it is authorized, when the landlord can enter your home.
Depending on your state, there are laws regarding what a landlord can or can not charge in your lease, to search and find your rights.
If you need to make a change to your lease, ask to add a provision to your lease. Ask to change the lease is written in two and then you and the manager must initial the change. Never agree to something verbally, make sure all agreements are documented.
If you do not understand something, ask questions. And do not feel obliged to sign a lease there and then on the spot. Take time with your lease and make sure you understand everything and everything is covered in it.
And finally, remember to get a copy of your lease for your files!
