Just bought a house Wimpey no-fine, wants to extend the bottom up, not sure how easy that will be, especially with standard brick?

Yes you can, there are many houses in my area that were constructed of poured concrete and have had extensions built with concrete blocks normal.

If you bought the house, and to extend the payment, why do not you simply buy a larger property?
