Yosemite Accommodation

Planing to go to Yosemite for the weekend Labor Day between August 30 and September 1st of '08 San Jose, CA car. How will the weather? Is this the right time of year to go. This is the first time for us (4 adults) in Yosemite. We do not want to stay away from the park (15-30 minutes by car should be OK) at the same time not an expensive city. Where can we stay?

The weather will be great - If there are no accommodations in the park, you can stay in hotels - Motels - B & B and KOA Kamping Kabins (my favorite thing about the night costly 45-85 a cabin for 4 people 1double - 2 bunk beds) Book now! the filling fast holidays
